Internal hemroids are hemroids that reside inside the anal/rectal cavity; with a severe case of internal hemroids they may bulge out - this is called Prolapsed Internal Hemroids.

# Blood in stool (this can a sign of other illness - consult your doctor immediately)
# Feelings of pressure or fullness in the rectal cavity

# Sitz baths
# Ice packs
# Using a hemroid pillow when sitting
# High fiber diet
# 8 glasses/water per day
# 20 minute walk 3x/week
