Is it normal during pregnancy?
I'm 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor keeps asked me if i have been constipated and i haven't untill a couple days ago but i forget to mention to him that when i do use the bathroom and after i wipe there is blood from my anal. (this is so embarrising) So is it normal during pregnancy to have your anal bleed if you are constipated? is that hemroids?
Internal haemarroids usually cause bleeding as they sort of burst as you are passing the stool.
I have had this with all 3 babies (and inbetween pregnancies too) and is very easily fixed with a change of diet, drinking loads of water and using a haemarroid cream like 'Rectinol' that you insert into the bottom rather than just smearing on the outside (like you would for an external haemarroid.)
Try eating lots of fibre rich foods, drink the extra water but go and see your doctor and let him know you are passing blood with stools. Its a little embarrasing I know, but better to get checked out anyway. They've seen it all before, its no biggie to them so don't let it worry you.
Good luck and don't worry. It is normal but its very treatable. Trust me when I say, the longer you leave it the worse it gets. The bigger you get, the more pressure down there and well, just go get checked out now.

I don't think so, I've had plenty of constipation and hemroids, but no bleeding.

Constipation is normal sadly…and for some women so if hemroids…the bleeding could be a little of both most likely hemroids. Mention it to him and I am sure he will give you some great tips to help out.

hi… i haven't had any pregnancy yet..but i'm a nursing student.. it is normal for a pregnant woman to be constipated because of ur enlarging uterus– ur bowels is being compressed by ur enlarging uterus…and the blood in ur anus is probably due to the constipation…the hard stool is probably too dry and hard that it stretches ur anus..Also, ur uterine enlargement also compresses the vein in your heart and that causes venous congestion in the legs, vulva, and rectum–to put it simply>>the venous congestion can cause hemroids which is a form of varicosities of the rectum that are worsened by constipation..but on the safe side " I recommend that you ask your obgyn or ur primary doctor about it" just to double check– there's nothing embarassing about it..
