Did You or Do You Have Hemroids?
How can they be avoided during pregnancy Im only 9 weeks but by bf had them and she said it was horrid!
I got them in pregnancy from the baby pushing downwards & pressuring onto everything causing my hemriods to come on, i still got them now when my child is nearly 3 & they have NEVER gave me ANY pain or any trouble, i live with them they cause me no problems what so ever!

dont push when you are pooping! and get a good intake of fiber
