i have nausea and terrible gas / diarrhea. i took the suppository and now am at a crossroads. my partially digested food and medicine has no where to go until my suppository melts. my stomach feels like chewbacca in the trash compactor. is it worth starting the painful process over again?

you should not go to toilet. Next time, try to go before inserting the suppository...

inserting the suppository causes the rectum to feel the urge, try to ignore it if you can, if you push the suppository out, it does you no good.
