Bleeding Hemroid…?

OK, I was on here 2 days ago asking about how long it takes for my hemroid to stop hurting sooooooo bad. Now I have another concern. My hemroid has started to bleed I read online that it's normal for internal hemroids to bleed, especially after a bowel movement…BUT, mine is an external hemroid. It's the size of a small grape and now it's the size of a small bleeding grape. Why is it bleeding? Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I am 8 months pregnant and when I talked to someone they said it may just be the pressure of the baby down there that is making it bleed. But, I dont want it getting worse. After all, I am going to be pushing a baby out in the next few weeks and I know that will make it worse anyways…i'm scared and confused
