i dont have a cure but i have tried everything from ssurgery to suppostories 2 to 3 times a day i have coltis if any one can help me please the doctors are not im in major pain im om pain medicine to for it

I think you would need to have proper medical treatment and most probably it might require major surgery, which may not be a 100% successful treatment to it and that in some cases it might pop up again. However, if you have no tendency for that option at all, then you may exercise the following precautionary measurements:
Avoid constipation by taking more vegetables in or with your food.
Always clean yourself with a solution of anti-infection i.e. water mixed with some or effective anti-infection liquid, but no spirit at all.
Never use toilet paper for cleaning yourself.
No beef at all.
You may also use some best hemorrhoids cream for soothing it down.
No spicy things at all.
After having been through with the toilet and cleansing etc., always try to lay down and take some rest.
It is always better to use the toilet before going to bed so that you can take complete rest during night.

well that depends does it hurt any way i use Vick's on mine and they shrink and quit hurting or Mentholatum your choice

get preparation H ... its OTC and it will relieve whatever symptoms you are having if it doesnt go away you should go see a doctor.
