I Have an Embarrasing Question…please Help.?
I have a lot of external hemroids but there is one that looks different, it is one big one but in the middle of the hemroid is black and blue. It hurts really bad especially when I go to the bathroom. I have diarea. Please I have had hemroids before when I was pregnant but now I am not pregnant but this one looks different than the hemroids that I am used to. Is this normal the way it looks?
Do what I did. I was in so much pain with mine that I went to A&E as I could hardly walk or sit down. They decided to keep me in and did a simple operation (at the time it was an overnight stay) but I doubt that is the case now. Trouble with hemmoroids is that although there are products that ease the pain, they never go away. I f you feel you want to exaggerate the pain more than it is, do it. That was the best hospital visit I ever made, believe me. The one you mention sounds as though there is a blockage, so a visit to A&E wouldn't go amiss anyway. Good luck.

based on your description, i think you have thrombosed hemorrhoids. that means clotted blood in that hemorrhoid you desrcribe. and that's an indication for surgery. i suggest you consult your doctor or any general surgeon. it's simple procedure, so don't get frightened, in case you needed it.
good luck,
