Hemroids??
My brother has a henroid and i we were wondering the best way to cure and keep them from bothering while waitng.
They are caused by pressure.
- Eat more fibre so the poo comes out easier and it has some substance.
- Drink enough (start by drinking more, and i mean water) so the poo is less "dry" or hard
- Just go to the loo to take the dump, not to read books or play video games.
- Work out, dont sit on your *ss all day !
Check with your doctor if you have a spastic colon (cutting down on coffee and cola helps a lot)

Hemroids suck! Preparation H is good and they say Tuck's is better. I've used pure witch hazel before as well. Hope his 'roid's feel's better soon! Oh, and tell him not to sit on the toilet for very long period's of time and not to lift anything heavy for a while to give the hemroid time to heal.

Go to a doctor and get rid of them, it's a simple outpatient procedure
