when i went to the bathroom i had blood on the toilet paper and in the toilet bowl after the bowel movement. this happened friday night after a night of drinking (beer only). and it happen today again but not as bad as friday night. i havent done nything to treat this other than drinking more water and trying to get more fiber in…
tonight i stuck my finger in a little bit (my butt) and i felt something. i dont now how to explain it but i guess it felt a bulge. and there was blood on my finger. could this be a bulge vein or fisure? i do a lot of sitting during the day and i heard thats not good for this. i also intake caffeine during the day and sometimes a lot. and a few beers during the week….
what should i do to treat this? i know goin to a doctor is the easy answer but i want to try to treat this b4 going. i had this happen earlier in the year and it cleared up iin a week…. i believe this to be internal hemroids. are there any oinments to buy at the drug store
only serious answers
Good news. You're ok. Time to time, I have the same thing and it's a hemorhoid. Most always the day after a night of boozin'. Thing I've found that works the best is Tucks pads.
My doctor knows about it and he's not concerned.
I've never gone the Preparation H route.
what is the differences between external and internal
whatdo you see and what does it look like
like what i mean is if i look how would i know what it looks like would it be red or a bump or what
external is on the outside internal would be inside and you cant see yourself
ever since i was a little girl i can remember my stomach has hurt me. i am now 22 years old and it still hurts from time to time. i had a colonoscopy and Endoscopy about 3 years ago. i was only diagnosed with internal hemroids, they also gave me an ultrasound on my gallbladder and nothing. the doctor explained my pain as a nervous stomach i don't feel nervous at all or stress. sometimes the pain is unbearable. what should i do should i get another test done? what should i do to get a diagnosis for my stomach. i don't smoke and im pretty healthy other than my stomach.

OK, I was on here 2 days ago asking about how long it takes for my hemroid to stop hurting sooooooo bad. Now I have another concern. My hemroid has started to bleed
I read online that it's normal for internal hemroids to bleed, especially after a bowel movement…BUT, mine is an external hemroid. It's the size of a small grape and now it's the size of a small bleeding grape. Why is it bleeding? Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I am 8 months pregnant and when I talked to someone they said it may just be the pressure of the baby down there that is making it bleed. But, I dont want it getting worse. After all, I am going to be pushing a baby out in the next few weeks and I know that will make it worse anyways…i'm scared and confused
get some tucks witch hazel pads. it will relieve you a bit.
YES, you will be pushing a baby out
and YES, you will probably get MORE hemrroids from labor. its part of being a mom.
can they cause you to bleed when using the bathroom? what can help them be treated internal and external?
Yes, they can cause anal bleeding and pain. In fact, that's usually how one discovers that they have hemroids. Treatments include Preparation H, Pazo, and Tronolane. Look in the drugstore aisle of your local market.
Hello,
I've just noticed a small lump on the inner side of my anus, it doesn't feel that big, but it might be bigger than I think. When I touch it, it feels like a spot, but when you kinda squeze it, it feels like it's also internal. I've been doing a fair bit of reading on these hemroids, (I didn't know what they were until 3 days ago..) I don't eat the best, nor do I workout that much, and I admit I sit down most of my College Days off. But I don't usually ever get anything like this..It's also sometimes very itchy down there, but I've just 'overcome' worms, so I don't know! I'm quite scared about this, A) I don't really want Hemroids, and I fear Cancer aswell. I'm also scared to go to the Doc. aswell, silly I know, but some people are. Also it would be at least a week before he could see me, the Surgery is always full. But the thing is, I havn't (yet) felt anyform of pain and certainly not bleeding: I don't think! I can prod, squeze and do most to it at-the-moment. Ty for help!
So the only thing really, is the itching.
Is there some cream maybe I could take.. Something I could buy myself, preferably without telling my parents…
Also: I'm a 17yr old boy.
Sounds kinda wrong but get a mirror, contort yourself so you can see your butt. If you have a small darkish swelling then it could well be a haemorrhoid. You could also have a tiny fissure (small cut type thing) just on the inside of your anus, this would cause itchiness. easiest thing is to buy some preparation H or similar from a chemist or even a supermarket. Do not prod or squeeze, you could introduce infection and make things a whole lot worse. If you have no relief after a week, go to your docs, no embarrassment needed, they've seen it all. Also cancer in your age would be very rare, but for heavens sake if you are worrying about it, go to the docs.
