Hemroid Treatment

Is it possible to cure hemroids?  The answer is yes, but there are several methods to pick from.

The simplest ways to cure hemroids involve at home hemroid treatment.  But for many people, these dietary and behavorial changes coupled with over the counter medications just don’t do the trick.  They’re still left with painful hemroids and seek a permanent cure.

Your doctor may recommend rubber band ligation or surgical hemroid removal (such as closed hemroidectomy, circular stapled hemroidopexy, or thrombus removal).  The problem with these procedures is that they themselves are painful AND you can develop hemroids again.  While surgical procedures will remove your current hemroids, there’s nothing preventing you from getting more hemroids in the future.

I wanted a better answer, an end to embarrassing doctor visits, and end to surgeries, an end to the pain and blood and a real, honest to goodness way to cure hemroids so they didn’t come back.

well i had hemroids for years and the only thing that finally cured them was an herbal product i bought online.

i have had a thrombosed hemroid for a week now and cannot find any way away from the pain. i went to a surgeon and they wanted to cut it open. i said wait to see what the obgyn said. i got him to say we could have a c-section in as little as 2 days. im expecting this to be the cure, that they will go away right away. or should i expect to be caring for my c-section wound and my rear end? im scared, and in LOTS of pain. HELP!!!

The C/S itself won’t cure the hemroids but it can help alleviate them. You can always try to schedule the C/S and hemroidectomy at the same time. Just talk to your OB doc.

Beats the heck out of me. One doctor said it was no big deal. Another doctor said lose some weight (still had them). Another doctor said, "You are bleeding where!?! You are getting a colonscope immediately."–the verdict? hemroids.

I’ve heard preparation H, but everyone I know who uses it has to use it all the time, which doesn’t exactly prove to me that it works. I’ve heard there are surgeries. The ones that just had them shaved off told horrible tales (They pull the anus out like folding over an eyelid, then shave the polyps and turn things back inside). In one type they somehow "microwave" the growth and it dies and drops off. And in another they use rubber bands to choke it off–which is a hoot to me because one doctor told me that I only have to worry if they "become strangulated".

i’ve tried it all and the only thing that has actually cured my hemroids was a herbal product i bought online.

you just take the pills orally and in no time those little hemroid demons will be gone

Hello, I think I was a bit constipated last week and I let out a stool that was hard, dry, and big. It was hard to pass. Since then, I knew I had to drink more and add more fiber, and since the day I let the big one out, I’ve been going to the washroom everyday, with better results.

However, I think the day I let the big one out, I got a case of hemroids. After that day, every time I go to the washroom, it hurts a lot and when I pat it clean, blood appears. The water turns a reddish-orange colour, probably due to the blood in the feces.

Is there a cure? By the way, I found out plums for me make my feces liquid-ish and a lot easier to pass. If I eat a lot of plums during the next week will that help? Does ointment like Polysporin help? How long does it usually take to heal hemroids? Thanks!
