I’ve had this for quite a time but it never bothered me before. It’s located on the right side of the anal area and only gets swollen after a bowel movement. But it quickly goes back in after I get up and walk. In size: it’s smaller than a pea and doesn’t hurt when I touch it and doesn’t bleed either. It seems more like a pressured vein. I check my stools for blood every time, but I see none of it. I know that hemorrhoids usually come out of the anal area and are always painful. But mine is just located next to the anal area and appears to be the same color as the rest of my skin. I still can’t figure out whether it’s a “Hemorrhoid” or an “Anal Cyst”. Or could it even be a muscle strain due to constipation?
I can google hemorrhoids and view some pictures related to that but I still cannot find any pictures of an “anal cyst” anywhere so that I can compare it with mine and hopefully get some ideas about it.
Anyone who has same conditions or have experienced such difficulties are welcome to answer. Thank You.

My mother has hemorrhoids and she said to me that when they burst/pop the intense and painful pressure she experiences that makes her think that she has to go number #2 gratefully subsides.

According to Wikpedia, a hemorrhoid is the “inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus. The anatomical term “hemorrhoids” technically refers to “‘Cushions of tissue filled with blood vessels at the junction of the rectum and the anus.’”
When reading this definition I find it even HARDER to believe that it is good when a hemorrhoid bursts/pops.
Wouldn’t a large amount of blood come pouring out of your anus if one’s hemorrhoids bursts/pops??
Can someone PLEASE tell me my other is safe/okay/healthy if her hemorrhoids burst/pop??
Plus, how does it heal after it bursts/pops?
Does it form a scab like other wounds do after they stop bleeding??
I don’t think I have EVER heard of a scab in a person’s anus.
Anyway, given its the weekend AND a holiday one at that, I haven’t been able to contact my physician to ask her if my mother is misinformed and/or in any danger.

At times they come out the anus opening called prolapsed hemorrhoids. And then go back inside if likely. This are called internal hemorrhoids.
Because they are only tiny little veins that bleed they close themselves up and repair themselves fast and easily after bleeding.
Another bowel movement will cause them to drop and/or bleed again.
The loss of blood is very slight.
If her hemorrhoids are that painful and annoying, she will need to consult a Doctor to have them examined.
Treatment is either cream to shrink and numb the hemorrhoids.
If this doesn’t work or if it’s warranted, surgery can be an option.
I’ve had the surgery myself, but pregnancy gave them back to me again. Which is the problem with having the surgery. If your don’t maintain a high fibre diet, with plenty of water and exercise, then the problem re-occurs.
okay well im a 19 year old guy and around February i had anal intercourse with my boyfriend. we foolish and did not use lubricant but we did use a condom. after we did what we did immanently i started felling really itch from my anal and started to have a really really really really hurtful pain down there. every time i would go to the restroom and use the # 2. i would bleed a little and it would hurt alot when i wiped. the pain when i would go use the restroom was so painful. its april now and i no longer have those symptoms but i have like little bumps on my anul. some inside and out near the anal. im so scared right now because im only 19 and i really dont want to have something wrong at such a early age.i always try to be careful when im doing such things. my mild back has started to hurt alot and i dont know if it has anything to do with the “hemorrhoids” or what.and i have been going to the #2 less.im going to go get a check up on the 30 but i wanna know what you all think..please write back..im very scared and just been worrying alot.

Answer by nsee It’s possible that you have both internal and external hemorrhoids. I recommend that you go ahead and visit your doctor to make sure it’s not something more serious.
You might want to try some home treatments and see if you can start shrinking hemorrhoids on your own.
