Rectal Bleeding What's Wrong?
I went to the bathroom(just to pee) but noticed quite a bit of bright red blood in the toilet. when I checked it was coming from the back. could it just be hemroids and if so how would I know?

if it is fresh red blood it is most likely haemorrhoids, you can buy creams from the chemist. however if you are worried you should seek medical advice. If there is a lot of blood loss then go to the accident and emergency dept at your local hospital.

Could be a number of things, Have your bowel movements been hard, have you been sick, have you eaten something that might have caused an allergic reaction, have you had anal sex. If this lasts for more than about 5 days, you need to see a doctor.

rectal bleeding can be a serious sign of internal bleed, or of cancer. I'd get it checked if it happens again.
