I have the same problem. When I take a dump I usually have to really push, there is no blood that come out with the sht, but when I go to wipe my self, alot blood come out. This started about ten years ago, I've seen a few doctors and had a few check ups since, but everything checked out fine and they all saids I am healthy. I dont understand it and I dont like it either, I am thinking maybe I lacks some type of proteins in my daily diet. Hope you find a solution, good luck.
References :
self experience

My dad was peeing a lot of blood , a little different, the doctor told him it was a varicose vein. Not sure if there could be any connection between the two. Good luck
References :
The colonoscopy would have detected the usual causes like hemorrhoids, fissures, and diverticula. So that leaves possible problems in the upper digestive system or colon caner as the next most common source. Its also possible there is just an unusually large blood vessel that has grown into the intestinal lining somewhere.

The biopsy will confirm or rule out colon cancer. Its very unlikely that it is cancer, so after the biopsy, the next step is probably an x-ray of the entire digestive system. He should also get a very complete panel of blood tests to look for possible problems in the liver, kidneys, or with blood clotting ability. If the blood tests and x-ray don't show anything, then its either wait and see or opt for exploratory surgery.
References :
If he is seeing 'red' blood then it is likely to be coming from somewhere 'close to the exit' so to speak. Any bleeding from the stomach would be affected by the juices in the digestive tract and you wouldn't see it has 'fresh' red blood. Haemorrhoids are fickle things - sometimes they can bleed profusely and other times not at all. Stop trying to convince yourself that it might be something worse - you will be worrying for nothing!
