hi, my baby is 5 months, and i still have hemroids too! on the outside though, and they also hurt when i have a BM. I find a very hot bath makes it feel better, you can add some salt to the water
References :
i had my son 9 months ago and i still have them. they hurt like hell. sometimes i take a hemorrhoid wipe, and actually stick it between my buttocks and leave it there for a few minutes. i also use stool softener. these help for temporary relief, but they seem to come back every couple of weeks. i know how bad they hurt!!!! good luck!!!
References :
First rule is do not ever strain or even push when having a bowel movement. You basically need to make your poop just thr right consistency so that it basically is soft enough to just slide out on its own, but isn't too loose either because diarrhea also makes you strain. Eat foods high in fiber, take a fiber supplement, and drink metamucil and prune juice. Then after every bowel movement follow directly with a tucks pad and prep h cream.
