Fiber. Kegal exercises. Plenty of water. Try not to lift much. Get a squirt bottle from your OB, fill it with cool water and rinse that area instead of wiping. Buy a sitz bath and use it once a day.

There is no cure for them, if they are really really bad your OBGYN might order for you to have them removed. But generally they are just an annoying part of pregnancy and will lessen or go away after birth.

Fiber is honestly the best way to get them shrink. Water and fiber. Benefiber is excellent and safe during pregnancy.
