Can Hemroids….?

By admin

have painless bleeding?

Well, sure, but hemorrhoids are usually painful. I would get any rectal bleeding checked out. Bright red blood usually is indicative of hemorrhoids or fissures; dark red is from the upper GI tract, which is something to worry about for sure. Anyway, I would certainly consult a doctor. And by the way, sooner or later, just about everyone is going to experience hemorrhoids. They are varicose veins caused from pressure or straining at stool. People who sit a lot get them; conversely, people who stand a lot get them. Pregnant people get them.

yes – especially the internal ones…
If it's severe – please see your Doc.
Good luck!

How did I get to be such an expert? Well, I worked for a group of colorectal surgeons for years and am also quite the pain in the *** myself.
