use PH..preparation H..i heard it helps

When I went to get a scope done my doctor told me I had hemroids and he gave me all these different things to use to get rid of them but I haven't been using them. But when the scope was done afterwards he said that there are internal hemroids and external. And I noticed them too inbetween my vagina and anus just bumps that will bleed if put pressure on them. Is that truly hemroids that just spread because I haven't been treating them? Please help…
